How to...DOPE!

Tune-Up with "DOPE"

Finally, after months of laminating, sticking and itching, only "DOPE" can appease me :)
Instead of paying an enormous amount we spent our "money-earning-time" directly in our design - and it's worth it!!! For me, it's the first time laminating or even paddling a carbon-kayak - the local spot "washing mashine" in augsburg blasts ends as well as spare time - but this year, there won't be any competition (and probably water) so it was time to prepare for the "alternative" - Plattling. The "DOPE" is taken as the first Prototype for the perfect Plattling-Kayak which hopefully will be build by ROBSON - Hole in One :) The final Shape will be released in a plastic-version too...but this will be a hard-paddling-time 'til then...but I'll fancy with the "professional" Prototypes shaped by Robson the next months 'cause it's sooo much more fun paddling laminate kayaks (sure, that's only new to me:) and effective, too! German Slalom&WW-Legend "Clausi" always saw this future in Freestyle, Daniel Krummreich invented radical laminate-Designs like the "Wunderwaffe" in and for Augsburg years ago and now, Finally, I understand the applied effort in design and repair - Thanks for that!!! And last but not least: Thanks a lot "Holle" for let me stay&work at his place for a NOT foreseeable time AND Philipp Vorbohle for being the "Hand" while I was "helping" :D Sören Kohnert for tools and assisting us every day!!! Enough smooth words, now the boats carves hard! Enjoy the fotos and stay tuned...
